:

Comprehend a passage and gain the ability to Expository writing in Tamil. Introduction to essay writing. Project Presentation using Google Docs or Slides – 4

Oral

:

Stories/Prose – 8 Sangam Literature Song – 5 Thirukkural – 10 Vocabulary – 100 words Understanding the difference between verbal and written language

Grammar

:

Verb Class usage, declension, implied verbs, simile, metaphor, auxiliary verbs, active/ passive voice, idioms and phrases, conjunctions, continuous progressive tense-etc. Students continue to learn advanced grammar topics and learn how to apply them to construct sentences. These topics include: எச்சம், பெயரடை, வினையடை வாக்கியங்கள், செய்வினை, செயப்பாட்டுவினை வாக்கியங்கள், வாக்கியம் அமைத்தல், ஒலி வேறுபாடு சொற்கள், கருத்து அறிதல் and கதை / கட்டுரை எழுதுதல்.
